You can split Fashawn's time in the game into two parts. A few years ago Fashawn was (and still is) a well known name in the underground game. In 2010 Fashawn was featured in XXL's Freshmen 10 Lineup, and since then hes been everywhere. He's got one album out, Boy Meets World, and around 10 mixtapes which include his Grizzly City series and a Nas Illmatic themed tape. He's worked with other emcees such as Lil Wayne, Talib Kweli, Ghostface Killah, Common and Emilio Rojas. While also working with some serious Producers and DJ's like Exile, The Alchemist, Mick Boogie, Terry Urban and DJ Green Lantern. So like I said he's been everywhere lately. Fashawn's style is innovative with his own touch of originality, not only is he legit he makes it all seem easy. Fashawn has made it on TBR a few times already and he's prepping to put out his new mixtape Higher Learning 2 early this year.
