New Music: Black Thought, Crooked I, Jon Connor & XV

Ever hear of the Money Making Jam Boys? Ya me either until a few days ago and honestly when I saw the name I almost wrote them off until I read that the group was put together by Black Thought and 10 Deep. The group consists of some pretty dope emcees that include the likes of Black Thought who alone should convince you to give these guys a shot along with Dice Raw, Truck North, P.O.R.N & STS. Their mix tape The Prestige: Jam Boy Magic comes out next week and features The Roots, Kid Cudi, Wale and Donnis while mixed by Jazzy Jeff and put together by some of our favorite DJ's Mick Boogie & Terry Urban.

Crooked I is probably the least known member of the group Slaughterhouse and Copywrite is well known in the underground game, together they make a sick track. I know we have a completely different section for underground music but this track is to good to not post so enjoy.

Jon Connor puts out a great track or freestyle at least once a week. If you've been following The Booth you would know we really dig this cat. He's been featured as our Artist of the Week a while back and we always throw his new music up so without further adieu here he is again free styling over a Nicki Minaj beat.

The next MC is one of the many guys who got big through websites like The Booth (I'm not saying we made him big but websites like ours). XV has been around a few years and if you haven't heard of this guy I don't know what you've been doing. In 2009 XXL named him one of their 10 Freshmen to look out for. Hes one of the better new school acts around and to top it off this track hes spitting over is done by the man himself J. Cole.
