Mean hat. You can't deny that. Is it as mean as a silver and black Raiders hat from early '91? I guess it might depend on who is wearing the hat. I'm not sure any hat is as mean as that Raiders hat w/ all 5 members of N.W.A rockin' it. They could make a purple Toronto Raptors fitted look kinda mean.
